Christopher Alba Santana is a part-time instructor for SC521: Introduction to STEM Education Theory and Practice at Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. Outside this course, he is a full-time physics teacher at Revere High School in Revere, Mass., where he has taught for the past five years. As a teacher, Mr. Alba Santana has been in numerous leadership positions that have crossed department boundaries and supported his school in working toward a more equitable grading system for their students.<\/p>\n
During the past few summers, Mr. Alba Santana has been doing nanomanufacturing research through Boston University\u2019s RET (Research Experiences for Teachers) program. Most recently, Mr. Alba Santana worked on a soft robotics project for minimally invasive right-sided heart procedures.
