His research explores the impact of changing demographics in bilingual schools and how to keep a culture of bilingual schools even when student demographics are changing. He is currently a teacher at the Amigos School in Cambridge, Mass.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining BU, Steven taught fifth grade in Brooklyn, NY.
