Following training, she taught at Kennedy Middle School in Waltham, Mass., as an eighth-grade English teacher for seven years, enjoying leadership roles and becoming very involved in the school community. Most recently, Ms. Wilson worked with the Boston University English Education program as an instructional coach as well as a teaching assistant.
