It is open to students as well as faculty, staff, and alumni. The IMC works to inform and expand education and training by applying technology to personal productivity, instructional support, communication, and research. Housing computer labs, classrooms, and other specialized work areas, the IMC is the main computing facility and media center for BU Wheelock. The IMC makes available a variety of computing, multimedia, audiovisual, and human resources for creating, presenting, and evaluating instructional resources. It is located at 2 Silber Way, 4 1\/2 Floor.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" id=\"masters\" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Libraries<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nBU libraries, including the main <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/library\/mugar-memorial\/\">Mugar Memorial Library<\/a>, house more than 2.4 million physical volumes, over 45,000 current unique serials, and 77,000 media titles. They provide research tools and services that include library tutorials, library instruction from research basics to graduate-level classes, reference services in all our major libraries, access to digital resources, specialist consultations, and librarian-created guides with curated resources. It is located at 2 Silber Way.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Kevin Ryan Library for Ethics &amp; Education serves as a place of inquiry, study, and dialogue among teachers, parents, and scholars. The library houses a reserve collection of scholarship, research, and curricular resources in ethics and character education. It is located at 621 Commonwealth Ave., Room 417.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<h2>Learning Support &amp; Tutoring<\/h2>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" id=\"masters\" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Educational Resource Center<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nThe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/erc\/\">Educational Resource Center<\/a> offers subject-matter tutoring and resources for academic strategies for students looking to improve their study skills, time management skills, and helpful tips for remote learning.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" id=\"masters\" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h3 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Writing<\/h3><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><br \/>\nStudents seeking writing assistance are advised to check with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/erc\/programs\/writing\/\">ERC<\/a>.
