In the graduate certificate program, you will be exposed to how language works, the ways that people learn to speak a second language, and communicative approaches to language teaching.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our solid grounding in applied linguistics will help you become a more effective teacher of English to students who speak other languages natively.
