Richarldine Lubin

Richarldine Lubin is an education advisor for Gear Up at East Boston High School. In this role she supports low-income and first-generation students to improve their academic achievement and performance, Increase GEAR UP student persistence resulting in increased high school graduation and postsecondary enrollment, and increase student and family knowledge about academic requirements for college, the costs of college and available financial aid to help make college more affordable.
