Luna Hwang
Doctoral Student
Luna Hwang is a doctoral student at BU Wheelock in the EdD in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies. Luna’s research interests include special education, early childhood education, elementary education, math education, reading education, social justice in education, and teacher preparation. During her time at UMass Amherst, Luna was a teaching assistant for Dr. Bob Malloy and taught in Amherst Public Schools. She is currently a special education teacher in Boston Public Schools and has been teaching in the education field for the past 10 years.
