Charlotte Kaufman serves as the administrative coordinator for two BU Wheelock departments: Language & Literacy Education and Counseling Psychology & Applied Human Development. She is the primary liaison of communication between the department chairs and faculty members. Ms. Kaufman also supports various department projects related to event planning, finances, student support, media, data organization, and analysis.
